Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your product is unused and in its original packaging, and you are within the 30-day purchase period, and the product meets the conditions listed below, we are happy to offer you your money back! We have a 100% satisfaction or money-back guarantee because we believe our products are of the highest quality and will exceed your expectations.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important NOTE:

If you refuse to accept delivery or do not accept delivery because the courier could not reach you at the address provided, no refund will be possible. In such cases, you must first accept delivery of the product and then return it to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Please note: The shipping location from which your order was shipped is not the return address. You must always contact us first so that we can provide you with the correct return address. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their return. We recommend returning the item using a trackable option and as an insured package, as Snuggary is not liable for lost returns.
Note: Please indicate "RETURN, DUTY FREE" on the package, otherwise it may be returned to you.

Important note: Snuggary assumes no responsibility for delivery problems caused by the customer providing an incorrect delivery address.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Failure to report the issue within 24 hours means we will not be able to process your claim.

*Returns of damaged and defective items are only accepted with video proof of unboxing showing the issue.

In such cases, we will either offer you a voucher for future purchases in our store or replace the item and send you a new one free of charge.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items that are not eligible for full return

Free/promotional items are non-refundable. If the above return conditions are met and the return is approved, you will receive a store credit.
